Great place in 30A, right on the beach and you don't have to worry about getting in your car and driving to the public beach. Short drive to grocery and restaurants are all around. Had an issue with the fire alarm, messaged the host who had it fixed the same day. Highly recommended

The house was beautiful! Very bright and clean and modern. We loved the bikes and the pool supplies. Very short walk to the beach. Worth noting: you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the room with the couch and the bunk room.

Property was beautiful and the beach access was amazing and so close. Pool wasn’t clean/green so we couldn’t utilize it so that was a bummer with 2 small kids. The 4 bedroom was a little deceiving since you had to go thru 2 ‘bedrooms’ to get to the actual bunk room but it was nice to have all the beds. The biggest draw back was only gave 1 AC unit so in the afternoon it was super hot upstairs and not very pleasant until late at night/early in the morning. Overall we would recipe d because of the close beach access and being able to purchase chairs and an umbrella.

Host was incredibly communicative, property was as described, all for an awesome price. If I need another large group, this would be my go to spot.
