If you have a group of 6-8 guys this is the best place. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the entire group. House is decorated great for large groups and the pool is awesome. If you need a golf cart reach out to Justin @ 678-769-8010

This home is GORGEOUS. It was immaculately cleaned, very spacious and modern. The pool is beautiful, especially at night! Two living areas, the one downstairs has games/activities for kids. The garage is also stocked with tons of beach supplies plus 6 bikes. Great location, a little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad at all. Also convenient to Seaside via LSV or car. Our group decided to add an extra night and it was arranged quickly & easily. This is a great choice for families with kids/teens, girls trips, pretty much anything! We look forward to staying here again!

The house is big and very comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom and the beds were great. The host contacted us after we moved in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive. Great location close to the beach and 30A but in a quiet neighborhood. The house does have a lot of stairs however. We had a family Christmas and the house was well suited for our large gathering.
