About this apartment rental
I look forward to welcoming you to my charming and secluded apartment with an ocean view in the heart of the seaside village of Arbatax—perfect for those who, just a 5-minute drive from Tortolì, want to explore the beauty of the surrounding area on foot while still having the chance to relax. It’s a home still in the making that truly reflects who I am, and I’ve designed it as an oasis of peace—even for those who work but don’t want to miss out on a relaxing break at the beach during their lunch hour.
The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance that leads directly into an open-concept living area featuring a double sofa bed and a bright kitchenette, from which you can admire the Gulf of Arbatax, the Isolotto d’Ogliastra, and Capo Montesanto. To the right is the bedroom, which is also very bright and features a spacious closet with drawers, a large double bed, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. Between the bedroom and the kitchen is the bathroom, which is small but functional and equipped with a hair dryer and a washing machine. Some of the furniture and decor you’ll find inside were made or repurposed by me with great care to create the casual atmosphere I prefer at home.
As a guest, you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. In the living room, you’ll also find a double sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to four adults.
If possible, depending on both our schedules, I’ll welcome you personally. And if you need any explanations or clarifications, please remember that I’m here to help.
IMPORTANT: Please don’t forget that starting in 2023, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will apply. I’ll let you know the total amount before your arrival, and you can pay it directly at the property in cash or in advance via bank transfer.
