The apartment itself is very nice. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and most of the furniture seems new and in very good condition. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, toaster, and kettle. Basic toiletries were provided, and it was a nice touch to find a new kitchen sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen.

The main problem was not the apartment but the management company. We paid an extra €15 for a 3-hour early check-in, but we still had to wait outside because the representative arrived late. When he arrived, it seemed like he was seeing the apartment for the first time. The Wi-Fi did not work at all from the moment we arrived. We reported the problem right away, but messages often went unanswered for hours. When we did get a reply, it was usually just an apology. The problem was never fixed, and we had to buy our own mobile data during our stay. Another inconvenience was the coffee machine. It uses Caffitaly capsules, which are not the standard capsules sold in local supermarkets. No capsules were provided in the apartment.
