The apartment is spacious and equipped with modern appliances and fairly contemporary furnishings. Air conditioning is available in the shared living space and in two out of the three bedrooms. The bathroom is clean and modern. Although the common area is on the smaller side, it doesn’t impact the overall comfort. The location is exactly as described, with the nearest beach about 15 minutes away on foot and Maria Pia Beach roughly a 35‑minute walk
A greater number of dishes and cutlery would improve the overall comfort. The waste collection service — handled independently from the owners or the property manager — is somewhat inconvenient. Although rubbish is set out in front of the building according to the schedule, plastic waste is collected only once per week.

Precioso piso práctico y funcional a 20 minutos andando de la playa.Fue una estancia perfecta.El encargado del piso,Andrea,se comportó 10/10 con nosotros y fue súper amable y servicial a lo largo de toda nuestra estancia.Un ejemplo de cómo tratar a los clientes extranjeros y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos con el,tuvo detalles increíbles.
Tal vez un lo único que no es negativo pero podría mejorar es la ubicación del piso.Pero no es nada que nos haya impedido disfrutar al máximo de este viaje

Pulizia eccellente, struttura nuova e funzionale
Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto l’unica pecca è che confina con il balcone dove c’è un cane che abbaia tantissimo. Il condominio dovrebbe fare qualcosa.
