Location - beach is just on the other side of the street, good gelato 100 meters away, supermarkets and few quite good restaurants ca. 10 minutes walk, city center about 30 minutes.
Apartment is pretty spacious.
Terrace with very nice view, when you can have a meal during a daytime.
Free parking on the streets nearby easy to find - at least in early June.
Apartment inside is a little old fashioned, renovation would be a good idea.
WiFi quality is terrible.
Unfortunetely I found (and had to kill) few big corcroaches at the terrace at night, one of them also went inside.
