El Ascensor no funcionaba. Cuando justo lo primero que preguntamos al del alojamiento que si tenia ascensor operativo porque íbamos con una señora de 80 años.

Large spacious, modern apartment with well equipped bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. 2 TVs, simple furniture. Well located near the louvre and in the first arrondissement. Transport is close by. Communication with staff was quick and polite when contacted. Video to show key pickup was very helpful. Description was mostly accurate.

The floorboards were an issue. Lovely old floorboards looked great but were so squeaky that a neighbour came by politely and let us know that it affected her. We recommend they should get fixed as it isn’t great being a burden on another resident. Unfortunately the lift was out of service when we were there (apparently in repair) and climbing 4 flights of stairs is not easy with luggage and my partner’s older parents. There was some construction work being done on the property during our stay which isn’t the fault of the owner however it didn’t help having construction men walk passed the bathroom and walking amongst the mess downstairs. The toilet is quite noisy as it fills up frequently and sometimes not enough to flush the toilet. Which is unhygienic as you have to comeback to flush when the cistern is full. Being told of the potential issues (lift and construction) prior would be a help to any potential future stays.
