Located in the heart of the 1rst district of Paris, this flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops and transports, this apartment is perfect in order to visit the capital city.
This apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 40sq. m and includes :
-a charming living room with a sofa bed
-one bedroom with a double bed
-a bathroom with a shower
-an open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
-a vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, ironing equipment and hairdryer
-a wardrobe
-TV and Wi-Fi
The accommodation doesn't include a parking space but you can park on a public parking in front of the building
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
## Neighborhood
The 1st arrondissement of Paris is one of the most central districts of the historic heart of Paris. It includes one of the oldest districts of the city, Les Halles district, which dates from the very beginning of the Middle Ages. Our flat is located in a calm area, you won’t be disturb by noise. You will be close to all monuments : Louvre Museum, Tuileries, Louvre Pyramides, Place Vendôme, the Opera ; all this on foot.
Close to bars and restaurants, don’t forget to see all luxury boutiques in Rue St Honoré.
Looking for a good restaurant the day you will arrive ? You must go to l’Absinthe, you will love it !

The accommodation is located close to Pyramides metro station (Metro line 14)
From Gare du Nord → 20 min away by transports
From Gare de l’Est → 20 min away by transports
From CDG airport → 50 min away by transports
From Orly airport → 55 min away by transports

Lovely apartment in a great location. Good quality and clean. Market right outside the door if you're there on a Saturday! We had a fabulous stay.

The apartment was in such a convenient position for getting out and walking around Paris or for being close to transport. Really well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and very helpful when our flight was late and we had a midnight check in. Would stay there again.
