Brand new apartment for 4 people with private entrance, located very close to the Louvre Museum, Royal Palace and Tuileries Garden.
It is located on the first floor without an elevator.
It has one bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
A fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer is at your disposal.
It consists of one toilet and one bathroom.
Pets are not allowed.

We were excited to find a place in such a great location. Everything they advertised was true. Plenty of restaurants right outside your door. We walked to all museum and attractions. Check in was easy and we had no problems. We will definitely book again. Thank you Nicholas!

This is wonderful location and a very nice little apartment. There are a few more steps to get up to the apartment that we were prepared for. It was a challenge for us due to our age and amount of luggage we had. Would recommend the apartment. Nichols was extremely helpful and responded to every question we had, no matter how trivial they were. Close to restaurants, grocery, and bakery. Worth the stay.

The Pictures look a lot better than how the Apmt looks. It was ugly/confusing getting to front door of apmr. No number on the Apmt door. Restroom is tiny!!! Not as nice as picture. Definitely a 9 or 10 rating like it says on the reviews
