Great location, can't get much better than that.
Spacious, for the area, well made rooms. The owner of the boat and the wife who cooked delicious food (mind you, this was not her job, but usually the managers).
The manager of the neighbouring homestay was amazing and that's where the problems start.....
There was no manager, he quit the day I arrived. There was no organisations of any type. The mirror hasn't been cleaned in years for sure. Electricity goes frequently out. The free roaming dogs start massive battles at night and howl to the moon, bring earplugs. The owner just was visible at the end of the stay to make extra sure I paid the room, which was already paid via booking....
