Intum Homestay

I am staying here mainly for scuba diving, and the Homestay is located on the other end of the island so it’s not like 10 out of 10 convenient but I think it’s enough.But be careful if you stay there with Low tide it could be a little inconvenient for the pick up boat to get to the shore. Although they no provide like a modern hotel, but I am very grateful that they are trying to help whenever I ask for help. It was very quiet but still very amazing trip.

No shower and no hot shower( because I need hot shower after a night dive). I wish they could provide some day trip options for the guests because my neighbors and I would be interested to join

This place was in the most incredible location. The beach is literally at your doorstep surrounded by jungle and palm trees. A very unique experience to be somewhere quite remote. The room was nice too. A good sized room with an elevated bed, own ensuite and a large porch to chill on. The staff are very friendly and accomadating. Incredible food, the lady that cooks makes amazing meals and plentiful! I had fresh fish, rice and greens pretty much everyday but she always made it different, fresh fruits eggs or sweets in the morning. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Ulis messaged me before I arrived and was great in answering all my questions helping me organise diving. Ulis doesn’t speak a lot of English but is easy to text with. The cabin is lovely. A new building, right on the water with your own bathroom (toilet and bucket shower.) The eating area also looks onto the water. Ulis wife makes delicious food - cake, chicken, fish, prawns. I booked for one night and stayed for 10! Thank you Ulis and family.

The mattress was a little soft but they were able to swap it for a firm mattress when I asked. Difficult to communicate in English in person but over text is good.

La comida lo mejor de todo abundante y deliciosa. Los corales enfrente del bungalow muy satisfactorios

No había camas y duermes en el colchón en el suelo, los baños muy primitivos
