Villa Rovishta

House & facilities: 8/10 The house we stayed in (the one closer to the pool) is a few years old and a few things could use some attention, but it has everything you need for a great holiday. A couple of missing items were quickly provided after we asked. The terrace with a large table and beautiful views was a real bonus. Cleanliness: 8/10 We had a couple of minor issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms on arrival, but these were sorted out and cleaned later the same day. After that, we had no complaints at all. Pool: 15/10!! 🏊‍♂️ The absolute jewel in the crown! A fantastic 10 x 4m pool, perfect for swimming and for the kids (and adults!) to have fun jumping in, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. We absolutely loved it. Location: 9/10 Peaceful, quiet and with breathtaking views!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only slight downside is the fairly steep and challenging final part of the drive, but nothing a normal car can't manage. Hosts: 10/10 Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owners, with great communication in English and very quick responses. Their son, who looked after us during our stay, was brilliant — really friendly and very professional! Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The pool and views are simply amazing, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

As above

Truly amazing place! We had a lovely time. The hosts are so amazing. So kind, respectful and friendly. They gave us produce from their garden, they were super helpful the whole time. The guest house is done with so much love and care. And of course the view - absolutely breathtaking. The pictures can't catch it. The pool was amazing and in from of our house. I read a comment that it was in front of the owners house but that wasn't the case for us. Perhaps they switched houses, not sure, but we had the pool and garden to ourselves. Huge thank you to the hosts, such a lovely family. They took care of us. Thank you! We want to come back!

Villa Rovishta is located in the main area of Sarandë, which is perfect as the beach, markets, restaurants, and everything else are within walking distance. The owner was very nice and welcoming, and the property was maintained really well. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with everything you could need, even small details like a nail cutter, plates, washing liquid, and more. I haven't seen this level of attention to detail in a villa before. Overall, a really lovely experience!

There is nothing which I don't like it...
