Location. Great views of the river and distant town

Low level of crockery and glass ware. Poor level of direction for use of equipment. Whilst I could access some of the online information others would not open.

A well located apartment above a private paid car park which only charged $5-00 per night. In this area you need a car park. Located very close to all tourist areas

We had a slight kitchen issue that unfortunately couldn’t be resolved before our stay. It did impact us BUT we made it work and the staff were super helpful and apologetic

The apartment was well located and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views of the river were lovely and I loved the balcony.

It was lacking basic things such as laundry detergent, coffee, and body wash for the shower. When I informed the company of this, they asked me to go out and buy my own products and they would pay me back. This was a big inconvenience for me as this was my vacation and I didn't want to spend it shopping for basic things that should have been provided. The hall lights did not work. The kitchen needs a cutting board and the dishes were a mishmash of items that didn't really match the 'luxury' feel of the place. The listing said there was free parking but it was on the street and very difficult to find. Finally - in the middle of the night (1:30AM) the building alarm went off scaring me to death and with no idea what to do. It was deafening. Some neighbors were outside and they said that it happens occasionally for no reason and luckily they could figure out how to shut it off. Overall the stay wasn't ideal or very relaxing.
