Very nice place for family holiday. The place is very clean, comfortable and the location is superb, walking distance to the beach.

Jamie was excellent from the property company, he was communicating throughout stay and very helpful.
Location is near thy beach front.
No parking outside of property, if you are travelling from outside of Norfolk please be aware of this, the nearest affordable parking is a 15 minute walk, when it's winter and very cold this is not good especially if you have kids and have spent 5 hours to reach the property. The road was filthy and covered in litter not much can be done about that as the area is not as proud as once before, illegal drug activity a few doors up.
Last but not least, not enough sheets for additional sofa bed and the router needs replacing as won't connect to multiple devices
