We absolutely loved our stay at Cedar Garden Cottages, or Rita's Place!! We came for a long weekend of hiking, and this cottage had everything we needed to have a successful trip! The cottage has two bedrooms separated by the bathroom which is great for privacy. The full kitchen had everything we needed, including cooking oil, pots and pans! It has a spacious deck with a BBQ! The whole place is surrounded by bushes and trees for privacy! It's literally steps to the beach, and about 20 steps to the Bruce Peninsula Provincial Park trails!! Secluded, private, and quiet!! Rita is a very warm and welcoming person, who just makes you feel at home! We will definitely stay here again, and next time we may bring the kids, as it has a full yard and swing sets for them!! EXCELLENT STAY FOR THE MONEY!!!!

The gracious welcome and warmth of the hostess Rita. Cabin not luxurious, but clean, and everything needed (except linen, food supplies) is provided. Kitchen has all you need. Nice touch is that the cottages are fronted by a well groomed meadow, with individual fire pits and chairs. Setting makes for a quiet get-away, relaxation and place for children to play. Great for staying put and enjoying the immediate surrounding countryside and local beach.
Takes a bit of a drive to get there and go back and forth on tour.
