About this cottage rental
The cottage is very spacious with a large gathering space in the basement. Large flat lot for outdoor games and activities, a firepit with plenty of seating to enjoy with family & friends.
The main floor of the cottage has a cozy living room to cuddle up and watch TV, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The kitchen opens up to a newly built deck for outdoor dining and BBQ.
The basement has a games room, with a fireplace for hanging out with family and friends. There is a second kitchen and a bathroom in the basement. There are also 2 large bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed in this space. We are yet to update the basement room pictures with one bed.
The cottage is located on a large, flat lot with a fire pit. The outdoor space is great for games and children's activities. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood only minutes away from a sandy beach, trails, a boat launch, and Marina.
The guest gets access to the entire property.
We are 30-minute drive to Tobermory and 20 20-minute drive to Bruce Peninsula National Park. Enjoy the beautiful Bruce Peninsula while staying with us. Bruce Peninsula offers shallow sandy beaches, numerous trails with breathtaking views of the Georgian Bay, lighthouses, and Marinas.
We are only a short drive to Wiarton, Sauble Beach, and Sauble Falls.
Lion's Head is a nice little town with lots to offer, including a public beach, Lion's Head Provincial Park, and the Lion's Head lookout trail.

The property has a large parking space to accommodate 4 cars. Trails, beach, marina, and boat launch are within walking distance from the cottage. Lion's Head town has grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants to enjoy with your group.
Pets are welcome (max: 2) - please note the property is not fenced in and we ask that you please pick up after your pets and do not leave them unattended (inside or out)
There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.
GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.
