The clean & neat cottage is as described. Not located on the water, but a nice quiet location that was very relaxing for us. We would enjoy staying there again.A couple minor housekeeping issues. I suggest adding some hand towels as we used face cloths to wipe hands in the bathroom & kitchen instead of using large bath towels. A fresh dish cloth in addition to a questionable sponge for washing dishes would be appreciated, and an extra dish towel to dry dishes. I found no facial tissues. Some extra paper towel rolls would be helpful since there were no hand towels available. The dishwasher needs a rinse agent refill to run efficiently. Minor things but adds to the comfort of brief stays. Thanks Jeffry! We enjoyed our time there.

House and property was very nice. We loved using the fire pit and BBQ.Main issue was listing says sleeps 6 but there were only 2 queen beds. When I messaged owner, they told me that it clearly says on the listing that there is only 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. However you cannot list that your property sleeps 6 than. We assumed there would be a pull-out couch or some other option. Owner offered to come unlock the bunky in the back but let us know it was not cleaned. (Note when I made the reservation I did indicate 6 people would be staying). Luckily one friend had a camping mattress and another slept on the couch.Once listing is fixed I think this place is great otherwise. Lovely location, outdoor seating, good internet and prompt response from owner.
