It is situated in a very lively part of town, yet you can't hear anything at night. The A/Cs for both rooms were saviors. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully kitted out. If you want to explore the town by foot, this apartment is a great choice!
This remarkably old building seems to have not been renovated for ages. It's already in a crumbling state; the railing on the staircase barely held. This made me feel unsafe when walking in the hallways. The apartment, while once refurbished, seems to be in a similarly unmaintained state: The shower door is unusable, the front door has a hole in it.
