Location, parking garage, staff and size of the apartment
Cleaning must be much better, half of the furniture is ready to be replaced. Floor looked clean but when our baby started to crawl, her clothes, hands and knees were almost black from dirt and dust. Also, you can’t provide the baby cot without the matress, it’s like giving the adult bed without the matress

Huge apartment, very good value for money.
It might need a bit of extra cleaning in the kitchen/ living room (but apartment was generally clean)

- close to the center
- underground garage
- 2 bathrooms
- it was way too hot and the ACs were not handling all the heat (be aware that it’s on the last floor!); traveling with a baby, at some point I seriously considered moving to a different hotel.. lucky us the temperature outside got a little bit lower during the night, but in the morning it was super hot again..
- could not contact the owner in the last day at all
- it was suuuuper noisy all night, there was some gaming pub across the street
