The location of the property was pleasant, the check-in process went smoothly, and communication was easy throughout. The apartment was spacious and generally clean. Having two bathrooms was a great bonus.
The area can be quite noisy until the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, the bed in the living room may require the use of earplugs, at least in my experience. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor coming from the kitchen drain.

המחיר היה הוגן. המיזוג היה מצוין - היו ימים מאד חמים. המיקום נחמד - בתוך הרובע היהודי. יש מעלית. יש מכונת כביסה.
לא היה אדם אנושי איתו ניתן היה לתקשר. הגענו מאוחר בלילה והתקשינו למצוא את דלת הדירה - יש לעבור דרך 5 דלתות שונות מלבד המעלית כדי למצוא את הדירה. שכנים שבמקרה נכחו בקומת הכניסה סייעו לנו! היתה נזילת מים מתחת לכיור של חדר האמבטיה. סכנת החלקה רצינית!! תוקן מיד לאחר שדיווחנו. קיבלנו מגבת בודדת לכל אחד, ללא מגבת פנים😳. לא היה סמרטוט לניגוב משטחים במטבח - נאלצנו לקנות. אין מספיק נייר טואלט בדירה. אין מג״ב לניגוב מים מרצפת המקלחון והמים אינם מתפנים . שוב, סכנת החלקה.
