Everything was clean. Beds were large, comfortable and had spacious wardrobes. Tatami room for extra single beds was nice too. Kitchen had everything you needed. The aircon and hot water system worked well. Easy walk to Tamatsukuri or Morinomiya station, Osaka Castle, convenience stores, and other small restaurants. Nothing to complain about. Stayed for 9 nights. Combined washing machine and dryer was pretty straightforward to use. Great value. Very useful and detailed check in and check out guide.
The stairs are steep. Be careful, especially when carrying luggage. The light in the main bedroom on the top floor wasn't working during our stay but we didn't really need it since the windows provided plenty of natural light and the living room light just outside the main bedroom worked fine.
