The location was great — it was easy to reach all the main attractions in the city. Everything was very clean, and although the room was small, it felt cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
However, the room was extremely small, with a very narrow space between the bed and the wall, so we kept bumping into it and ended up with bruised legs. Also, the shower amenities were limited: there was no separate shower gel or shampoo, only one all-in-one product (shampoo/body wash/conditioner). Finally, the early check-out time was inconvenient — when you travel around Europe, every extra hour of sleep matters, and an early check-out really affected our rest.

Nice location, around 15 mins walking from Zurich HB. A mini kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, kettle, and cutlery) was sufficient for our needs. Clean room and nice shower.
There was no lift from the ground floor (only from the 1st floor above), so we had to carry our heavy luggage upstairs.
