The apartment was very spacious and had an amazing view of Kotor Bay. It is a 15-minute walk from the old town, but very safe to walk around even at night time. Communication with the host was good enough, and he was very responsive.
The apartment is new and probably a few other amenities could be provided to get it fully equipped. Bare in mind for hot summer days that the A/C is only located in the living room and not in the room. Not sure if we missed any notification that the payment is in cash only so we would have been prepared for it beforehand.

Views are stunning, apartment is new and looks amazing.
The layout of the apartment isn't great, the balcony bedroom doesn't really work too well. The stairs to it are wobbly, noisy and potentially dangerous. Due to a lack of English we had no hot water first morning as the hot water heater needed turning on, it should have been done by the owner before we arrived
