It was spacious and clean and lovely decor
The only thing I would say is that the lift is a bit slow and as it’s on the 20th floor you can’t really go up the stairs with your bags. Other than that it was good.

Felix was available for all questions and provided plenty of information in advance for us. Check in was easy. The view of Big Ben, parliament and the London eye was better than expected! Proximity to transport was great as well as only a short walk to Southbank. There was plenty of space, which was great as we are a family with 3 young children and the beds were comfy.
The security features of the building (fob system to get in, and to get the the corridor where the flat is) was not working; given the block the flat is in, this did not help me to feel settled during the stay. There are small things that mean that this is just not a luxurious place to stay. The oven and the kettle were very dirty and therefore not useable.
