Silva and the rest of the staff were the most helpful, generous, and friendly of hosts. The building itself was beautiful and so well thought out - from the minute you walk in they make you feel so at home. The room was beautiful, and the bath was great! It was great to have dinner and breakfast at the property, firstly because they were lovely. Secondly, because the town is very quiet at night. It was a pleasure to stay in the town and explore once most people had moved on for the night. The location is great, and was a lovely stop over on our trip through Japan - we only wished that we had another night to truly relax!

the bidet is not working; it will be even better if it retains the ryokan feel or serves the typical ryokan meals as I had assumed it was since it is in the post town

De locatie is werkelijk prachtig. Narai rond zonsondergang is magisch en speciaal om mee te maken

De prijs past niet helemaal met de faciliteiten. Kamer is mooi ingericht maar kamer kan niet (goed) verduisterd worden. Verder is personeel wel vriendelijk maar is aanpassen van ontbijt tijden etc niet altijd mogelijk. Nogmaals hotel is prachtig maar je betaalt wel echt voor de locatie. Op een andere plek is het absoluut veel te duur.
