We were very disappointed, as the property was unclean, the bedding was unhygienic, and the mattress

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property. It did not appear to have been cleaned properly, with dust throughout. The bedsheets had clearly not been changed — they were stained and had hair on them, which was quite upsetting to find. The mattresses were also very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this fell well below the standard we were expecting.

The accommodation had everything we required. It was comfortable, there was lots of space for us to enjoy each others company without being in each others faces. The kitchen was awesome, loved preparing food for our large family. Beautiful bedrooms and headboards. The neighbourhood was safe. Amazing river views from the home. I would recommend and would stay again.

A few minor things: The kitchen tap was broken. I don’t think it was working and we didn’t need to use it anyway, there was another working kitchen tap we used. In the main bedroom the toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The BBQ was dirty and we had to clean it. The top of the headboards in the bedrooms were dusty. The washing machine leaks and the mat underneath the machine was soaked prior to us using it. We could still use it just meant we had to use a towel to help soak up the excess water and this made the beautiful white towels slightly brown. The rubbish bin was overloaded and we couldn’t put our rubbish inside the bin. In saying that, all these issues noted, did not interrupt our stay.
