It was really spacious and clean! Also, there were plenty of amenities. It is a wonderful stay for families or groups. It looks just as great as the photos.

The room was spacious and as pictured. It is a vibrant area and easy walk to train and all the tourist spots
The windows are not sealed properly, so cold air enters the rooms.
The water pressure pumps on and off.
The decorative roof above the kitchen bench is a hazard, and several members of our group bumped their heads.
The towels are very thin and are a simple upgrade they could do.
They need to provide thicker blinds to block out the light.
Another improvement would be to invest in soundproofing, there is noise from above and from outside, including karaoke
Although it has lots of beds you wouldn't want to stay with a group larger than 6
