The host was incredibly helpful. She allowed us to check in early as we were going to a wedding and couldn't arrive at the usual check in time. Communication before we arrived was great and we had a really good time.

The whole room was great, it was very clean and quiet and I was surprised they’re was a full kitchen/dining area in a separate building which we weren’t expecting, we were visiting for the races and found it was only a short taxi ride away, costs about 13.00 for the taxi which isn’t bad for race night
The only tiny thing I’d say is that the door handle needs putting back on the inside of the bathroom door

Quiet, a good space, comfortable, well equipped with a garden to sit out in and listen to the bird song. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, but not intrusive. There are two modern, purpose built en-suite rooms with private access, situated in the owners large garden.
On first impressions the front of the house does not reflect the wonderful guest accommodation.
