I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo and would highly recommend it! Ugo, the host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. He always replied very quickly to any questions or requests, and was very efficient and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, whether you are staying for just a few days or for a longer period. We stayed for 15 days and had absolutely everything we needed. The mattress deserves a special mention — it was very comfortable and made sleeping and resting a real pleasure. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Palermo, very close to Teatro Massimo and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, shopping areas, and the main street with city buses. Despite being so central, the street itself is very quiet and peaceful, and the apartment is nicely tucked away from the noise and busy city atmosphere. Overall, everything was excellent. Many compliments to the host for providing such a comfortable and welcoming place. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo!

I have no complaints about my stay. The only small thing worth mentioning is the external AC unit and the water collection container, which needs to be emptied regularly. It might be worth considering a more permanent solution for collecting and draining the water, but overall, everything was excellent

L'accoglienza da parte dell' host è stata fantastica, super cordiale e disponibile! La casa è veramente molto bella e piacevole.. la posizione la rende perfetta per qualsiasi cosa!

Peccato per la pulizia perché c'era molta polvere sui mobili e anche il bagno era sporco come il terrazzo (che capisco possa essere difficile da tenere pulito ma probabilmente non lo era mai stato e utilizzato come deposito mocio). Peccato per l'aria condizionata non funzionante, che può capitare ma in questa stagione basterebbe fare trovare un ventilatore.. peccato per l'assenza di beni di prima necessità.. le cialde che ci sono vicino alla macchina del caffè non sono compatibili tra l'altro, il frigo pieno di ghiaccio, da sbrinare

Spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, warm and welcoming host. 🙏🏻 No air conditioning but it was lovely and cool due to high ceilings and spacious interior (early June). Safe and secure. Private yet central. Host efficient and attentive..

La posizione è centrale, ideale per visitare la città. L’appartamento si trova in zona pedonale, quindi i rumori esterni sono meno fastidiosi. L’arredamento è curato e non manca davvero nulla per un soggiorno confortevole. Il titolare di estrema disponibilità e gentilezza.
