Very comfortable. The property had everything we needed, including heating ( we are from Queensland) washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dinner ware. Has also got off street parking. 100% recommend this property for families.
The outside of the house looks like it is a bit run down. Do not let this put you off. Inside is beautiful.

Location was perfect. A few minutes from people we were visiting.
Heating great especially needed in July.
The heating was on when we arrived so the house was warm which was great. Plenty of parking.
Not that it affected us but the front and back yards were quite neglected.

The house was clean and tidy.
The heating worked well and there were spare blankets just in case.
The coffee pods left on the bench were a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
