Confusing warming the apartment, owners were helpful.

A very tidy and clean property. Well equipped with all the essentials taken care of.
The heating and cooling system was a bit erratic and not easy to set.

The location was very convenient, with Canberra Centre just a 5-minute walk away. It was also easy to access the city centre from the property.
There was an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom of the main bedroom on the top floor, which meant we were unable to have a proper shower. As a result, all six guests had to share the shower on the third floor. As it was already 9:30 pm, we didn't contact the owner. In addition, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom in the main bedroom.

It was a great location within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions.
The main bed was terrible, although the kids beds on the lower level were good. Not all amenities in working order. Spaced out over four floors with lots of stairs.
