Owner was very lovely and welcoming as well as easy to get in contact with. Accomodation was very modern, clean and well kept with all the facilities needed. Location is great just a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the main strip/Fantasy Island. Loads or bars around for entertainment (did not go to any due to having young babies with us but seems to be plenty to do).

Location is good. Close to all local attractions. Onsite club house is worth a visit. For anyone staying for a period of time there is also a launderette that we spotted again on site, which could be handy for some. All linen & towels provided were clean & smelt lovely. Host came across as very friendly.

Caravan offered the very basics which if using for a base would be fine, we require a little more as travelling as a family with a baby and young child. There is not a lot of welcome information such as any information for wifi or how to use the heating (the mornings are still nippy) Just to note there is nothing provided so you will need to take or buy all necessary items (toilet roll, milk, cooking oils, condiments ect) There is a very bright "street light" outside the main bedroom window & with the curtains throughout being a thinner material and light in colour at this time of year its never gets overly dark. Sadly for us the beds were very low and the mattresses both uncomfortable and thin. Booking was simple as was payment no hidden fees ect however it maybe worth pointing out you will receive a confirmation email a few hours before your alloted arrival time asking you to call the owner for them to confirm the actual site and van number, so keep an eye out for this as they will meet you to hand over the keys as there is no key box meaning on leaving you are to again contact the owner half an hour before departure. Not sure if this is a bad thing but again a heads up would make the process a little more seamless.

Lovely location with a easy walk to fantasy Island, The caravan was clean and is a really nice lay out with lots off space. I would highly recommend staying in this caravan.

The property was lovely it was fresh and clean definitely one of the nicest caravans we have stayed in and close to a few shops and amusements Ingoldmells is not far we drive and was just few mins drive great entertainment at the onsite family bar/showroom and a few mins walk to the beach will definitely stay again and would highlighly recommend thankyou for a lovely stay
