Beautiful caravan

A bit hot

It was a lovely caravan very well kept good location very helpful staff we all really enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the caravan.

Very well equipped.

The stale food and dead bugs we discovered under the pull out bed in the lounge.

The bathroom was fresh and clean and but i had to clean the shower head thoroughly before first use after that it was ready to use and no bad odours. Same with the twin bedroom. The room was fresh and clean and no dust. The kitchen was well stocked and toilet paper available. Really appreciated those little touches. The bedroom also had a smell and appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival but it was more than suitable to sleep in. Under the bed could do with a clearing. A cleaning company would come in and do a great job on the finishing touches to bring it up to customer standards. Make it fresh and clean and ready for paying customers.fridge and cooker were really clean but fridge could do with being pulled out and cleaned as there was a bad smell around the fridge. The location was superb and was happy with being near to so many amenities and literally 6 mins to the beach plus just eat deliver to the caravan site. I gave him directions from the gate via phone call. I was so grateful overall at the late availability of the caravan and that me and my family had the best time away making special memories. I thank the owners for providing us a comfortable and decent place to lay our heads. We didnt bring our pushchair so we didnt walk from the caravan but we could've however the parking all around ingolmells was great prices from £6. The most I paid for parking was £6

The smell. Needs better dedeodorizing spraying of the soft furnishings, no plug air fresheners. Need placing eveywhere. Regularly airing out the caravan is needed. WiFi would be welcomed, you could even charge an additional £15 for it on booking
