Ocean Verve Villa 1

The villa was very spacious and we liked that a lot. Pool was big enough to swim in it which was very nice. It was overall clean apart from the towels.

The towels looked like they haven’t been properly washed in a long time. So many stains and a strange feel to them - it felt unhygienic. The noise from the main road made it hard to sleep properly. Definitely need some good ear plugs for the night.

Als ik iets moet noemen is het bankstel in de zitkuil. De kussen schuiven makkelijk weg waardoor je niet lekker zit.

A great villa with plenty of space for 6 of us. It is in a great location and we received some excellent recommendations from our host.

Villa was as pictured, filleted water provided.

Villa would not supply additional linen, told us to buy our own. Had to ask for the microwave. No toaster. Not able to cook for a family with limited supplies. Only 1 very small saucepan and pot. Cleaners took up to 3hrs to clean the villa with up to 6 staff wandering in and out of the yard bring supplies for other villas. Pool didn't get cleaned while we were there even though they were cleaning other villas pools from the equipment stored at ours. Outside sliding door didn't lock. No hair conditioner provided. AC in 1 bedroom not working. I asked for the 3rd bedroom be 2 x singles and no one said this wasn't possible until we got there. No clothes airer to hang out any wet clothes.
