Very well designed, clean and with a great location. Monika and the team were very attentive to every request.
The construction site near by that works until 18:45 and makes a lot of noise. If you intend to rent the house and intend to spend most of the day indoor its impossible due to the noise. We were coming back each day around 17:30 and it was very upseting. Also we had a problem with the air condition in one room. Monika arranged us a fan but it was very noisy. The technician takes time and we were there for 5 nights.

O alojamento é super cómodo, tem tudo o que procurávamos. Todas as comodidades são super confortáveis. Adoramos mesmo.
Adorei tudo, se um dia regressar à Madeira já sei onde ficar ☺️

Die Lage neben dem Shopping Center ist super. Ausblick auf Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Ein grosses Appartement, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Monika war auch bestens. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage ist in Funchal sehr wichtig.
Leider war im April 2026 eine grosse Baustelle nebenan - dies wurde aber auch so kommuniziert. Ich tippe, es wird noch eine Weile Baulärm geben. Das stört tagsüber - aber da waren wir unterwegs. Abends ab ca. 18 Uhr ist dann Ruhe. Da die Schlafzimmer in die andere Richtung liegen, stört dies nicht beim Schlafen.
