Großes Appartement mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Küche voll ausgestattet, sogar teilweise mit Lebensmitteln/Gewürzen. Waschmittel war vorhanden. Eigener Parkplatz in der Parkgarage.

Der Fernseher ist beschädigt und zeigt ein gestreiftes Bild. Am letzten Tag ging der Lift nicht. Das Tor zur Parkgarage schließt nicht immer.

Die Eigentümerin ist super nett, reagiert sofort auf Fragen, total flexibel, Transport organisiert. Das Appartement war meeeegaaaa.

Loved the location. The mall, with a full supermarket, was very convenient. Smaller produce stores were also very convenient, but with less variety of product. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Even though you are in the city we would wake up to the birds...lovely. The walk to and from Funchal's center was manageable. (We are 65+ and moderately in shape) The queen sized bed was very comfortable. The twins were not quite as good. The kitchen was very complete: there was almost anything you might need for food prep. The fridge was a good size. The couch was pretty comfortable for lounging as were the balcony furnishings. The included undergound parking space was handy and easy to use. The apartment layout was great and having the extra powder room a nice luxury. The main washroom is beautiful. There is no AC, but in spring when temps were low 20's the space remained perfectly comfortable day and night. The local construction was unfortunate. If you are out all day, you won't notice it. Teresa, the host, was lovely and provided recommendations for dining, etc. Very responsive.
