El personal es muy agradable, en especial el señor que nos atendió que no recuerdo su nombre nos ayudó en todo y fue muy amable ,
la ubicación era perfecta muy céntrico y todo estaba muy limpio.
Por poner alguna pega, la piscina estaba algo sucia .

Lovely staff. Nice room in the centre of tortuguero. Pool looked lovely. Air con was excellent. The affiliated tour provider were very helpful including meeting us off the boat
We could have done with a coffee making facilities/ kettle. Toiletries did not include shampoo

The hotel is nicely located in the centre of town without being in an overly busy or crowded area. The owner was very friendly and helpful, although he only spoke Spanish. The mattress on the first night was very uncomfortable, but after we mentioned it the next day, a new mattress was brought in straight away.
The room had nowhere to sit other than on the bed, and there was no bedside table or other table in the room. There was only one small garbage bin in the bathroom, which unfortunately wasn't emptied during our stay. The Wi-Fi also didn't reach our room, so we had to either use our mobile data or sit in the common area to get a connection.
