Fantastic!
Fantastic location and great to have a balcony! Upstairs bedrooms & lounge were good. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great. Host responses were prompt when required.
Downstairs bedroom is a little odd, especially the narrow access staircase and being tall you need to watch out for knocking your head. Access to outside garden area was lovely though.

Excellent location in Leysin, tranquil neighbors, perfect for a family holiday in the mountains.
Easy communication and check in. The house was very centrally located-bakery and grocery shops at 200m distance. Convenient to park just in front of the building. Small house, but comfortable enough for the 3 of us. Only 500-600m from the telecabines. Communal EV loading dock available close by too. Not used now because of winter time, but can be nice if you come in summer: small garden-south orientation-beautiful mountain view. House is perfect for 2 couples or for a small family, we would recommend the house for maximum 2 adults and 2 kids, or 2 couples.
One bedroom was in what seemed a previous basement and was a bit difficult to get to with the stairs-with my tall sons. For smaller people this might not have been such a problem. Would suggest adding some better equipment (pots & pans) in the kitchen. Not all kitchen equipment was present to have easy cooking. Base cleaning could have been better-we needed to do dust cleaning upon arrival, probably because the house was not rented a while before us. Luckily there was cleaning equipment in the house so we could do this ourselves. Be mindful that there is no storage room for ski boots and skis-we decided to rent a locker at the Hefti store (at the telecabines).
