Couldn't have been any better. Perfect location for a fast paced couple days in DC. If you are traveling and just need a place to crash at after a long day of walking the DC area, this is the perfect spot. A quick 10 minute walk and you are at the Library of Congress. Plus, there are a number of hole in the wall breakfast spots along the walk (Jimmy T's is a must). Dona was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. She coordinated free parking right outside the property. You may want to brush up on your parallel parking skills beforehand though! Dona had a number of answers to all of my questions and accommodated our every need. Felt like we were staying with an old friend. Bed was so comfortable, no noise, very safe area - plus Dona allowed us to drop our luggage off early! No problems at all. Will definitely book again if I find myself in the DC area.

I couldn't get the shower water to get hot. It was mid summer and we had been outside walking and sweating all day so it felt great regardless. If you are above average size, the shower may be a little cramped, but it is an old building and tight quarters were expected.
