What a great home in a convenient location! Our family of 4 (kids 12 and 14 years old) stayed here for a week. We loved the neighborhood - convenient to the metro, parks, restaurants, and shops. There are so many thoughtful touches in the house - laundry/cooking/cleaning supplies, toiletries, games, books, maps, etc. It was nice to sightsee during the day and have a laid back evening at home with dinner, TV, and games. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The owners thought of everthing. It was well stocked with anything you might need, even coffee for the Keurig and Metro Cards to use. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.
The location was perfect - just 5 blocks from the Eastern Market Metro and with grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood always felt safe, even at night. Friendly families were walking children and pets and the houses were decorated for Halloween.
We hired Robert (who is by profession, a guide) to take us, to Mt. Vernon for a most interesting and enjoyable morning.
All-in-all, I would give this rental a 10+

We enjoyed our stay for three nights to visit the monuments and museums. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The metro was a nice one-half mile walk and restaurants were in walking distance. We would stay here again. Thanks to the host. Very nice and accommodating.
