Alinea Family Suites Homestay for Family

Stayed 2 days at Alinea for a staycation. This was my first time dealing with the owner, and overall it was a great experience. The price was very reasonable compared to other agents, and the owner responded promptly to all my enquiries. Check-in details were shared on the same day, and I transferred the deposit a few hours before arrival. The owner personally handed over the key and ensured the unit was properly cleaned beforehand. Checked in at 3pm after parking at the dedicated lot. The unit was well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. It also had a nice view. Air conditioning worked well, and the unit came with a smart TV (Netflix), stable internet connection, kitchen essentials, good water pressure, shower cream, shampoo, a functional heater, and a dressing mirror. One small improvement would be the pillows—they were a bit too soft s thin, which may cause slight neck discomfort. I highlighted this to the owner, and he was open to the feedback. Checked out feeling satisfied and returned the unit in clean condition as well (disposed of the rubbish 😀). The deposit was refunded the same night. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. 👍😀

Alhamdulillah.. First of all, kami nak ucapkan terima kasih byk2 pada owner homestay sbb dh sediakan homestay yg cukup2 lengkap dan bersih, walaupun kami booking last minit, tp kami dpt rumah yg sgt2 bersih dan rapi.. Overall semuanya okay takde complain. 10/10. 👍🏻👍🏻

The host, Azlan was very attentive. The unit was very clean and spacious for my family. We will not hesitate to rent the unit again in the future.

Almost nothing except if there is another mirror other than in the bathroom, it will be a bonus for us but we don't mind about it.
