The unit was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including towels, kitchen utilities, toiletries, a large smart TV, fast internet, a clean bathroom with strong water pressure, heater, air conditioning, fan, sofa, fridge, mirror, and dining table. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and laundry services nearby. The check-in and check-out process was quick and convenient through self-collection of the key from a locker. Parking was also available. The management team responded promptly to all queries and addressed every concern efficiently. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. 👍👍👍👍

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining the unit. Just a few suggestions for further improvement: The check-in details were provided about 30+ minutes later than the promised time, which caused some initial concern. It would be great if the information could be shared promptly at the stated time (sharp at 3:00 PM) to give guests peace of mind. The pillows could be improved to be more neck-friendly, as they felt either too soft or too firm. A larger kettle would also be helpful since boiling water currently requires multiple refills. Adding an extra 3-pin plug point for a night dim light would improve convenience as well. If possible, installing a water dispenser (e.g., Coway) would be a great added convenience for guests. The air conditioner’s cooling performance may also need checking. Lastly, placing the smart key on a holder or tag would help prevent it from being misplaced.
