Really good welcome and useful information about the bus for the ferry port.
Adjacent room was let and the loud snoring from there was a bit disconcerting

We chose it because it was handy for our ferry crossing. We were met by Gemma who showed us to our room. She was super friendly.
I wasn’t aware that the room wasn’t en suite when I booked it which was a bit of a surprise but not too bad.
