The house overall has everything you need just a few areas need finishing off. Nothing major just cosmetic which will happen in a rental property. Eve was brilliant in letting us know about an issue following the previous occupants that she quickly resolved.
The neighbours at the back have 3 very large dogs that are completely harmless but they kept jumping up at the wall which in turn caused our dog to bark. This wasn't an issue we were just concerned for the neighbours at the time. The wall just needs finishing to minimise this.
