It was very easy to get the keys — all the instructions were clear and provided in advance. The apartment is well equipped, and we felt very comfortable staying there. It has an excellent location — right in the city center, with cafés nearby, a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and public transport stops close by. If you arrive by car, there is a multi-level car park about 10 minutes away (next to the Continental Hotel). It was convenient for us, as we mostly explored the city on foot or by public transport.
