Funkcional Apartment

Ideální lokalita cca 10 minut do centra. Naprosté ticho a klid. Vybaveni funkční i krásné. Pohodlné postele. Perfektní čistota.

Opravdu nic.

Velmi dobra lokalita, prostorny byt i pokoje, koupelna velká - trochu retro styl, ale pěkná. Tlak ve sprse super. Tepla voda hned. Smart tv!

3patro bez vytahu, pro starsi a mene pohyblive lidi nedoporucuji, celkem špatně odhlucneni samotného bytu i okolních bytu. Vse jde slyset! Chybejici šňůrky rolet pro stahování, ktere samy nedržely stažené - peřina pres hlavu vyřešila 🙂

The apartment was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the old town, tram station and other attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed during our short stay in Brno (Athletics Games). There was always enough parking available on the street next to the apartment (easy payment with the Park Simply Brno app). There is also everything you need in the immediate vicinity (shops, pubs, cafes and more). The check-in was easy online and the contactless collection of the keys was also easy. Great value for money... We will be back next year ;)

Everything was great for us...

Quiet location - no late noise or disturbances. Washing machine was very useful and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Quirky design and good attention to detail with high spec appliances.

Arriving in the dark made key location a bit tricky. Took a few minutes trying to figure out where the lock box was. Although beds were comfortable, the pillows were MASSIVE so had to improvise and use towels. A choice of pillow would be a good idea as not everyone likes a MASSIVE pillow!
