Samo mieszkanie było bardzo wygodne, nowocześnie wyposażone i czyste. Duża szafa w przedpokoju pozwala na wypakowanie wszystkich rzeczy. Gospodarz zapewnia sporo ręczników. Kotary w oknach zapewniają prywatność i dobre zaciemnienie. Czysta okolica.
Mieszkanie na parterze, z oknami wychodzącymi na ulicę i dojazd do całodobowej myjni samochodowej - raczej nie należy do cichych (słuchać ludzi rozmawiających na chodniku przed oknami). W kuchni dostępne 3 filiżanki, więc trzeba je na bieżąco zmywać, by mieć z czego pić. W szafie 2 wieszaki. Brak ścierki w kuchni. Woda pod prysznicem prawdopodobnie z bojlerów, bo zdarzyło się, że nie było ciepłej. Woda skrapla się z szyby pod prysznicem i wycieka na podłogę w łazience.

Nem volt reggeli, mivel apartman volt. Nagyon szép tisztaság volt, jó felszereltséggel.
24 órás autómosás az ablak mellett. Nem lehetett éjjel ablakot nyitni, az autómosó miatt. Volt aki hajnali 1/4 2-kor mosta,volt aki hajnali 5-kor. Ez elég kellemetlen volt a pihenés szempontjából.

Locația este modernă, cu mult spațiu la dispoziția clienților și electrocasnice pentru cei care vor să stea o perioadă mai lungă.
Ne-a plăcut absolut totul. S-au gândit la nevoile clienților. Un lucru neplăcut... deși nu cred că ține de ei.... este apropierea de o spălătorie auto non-stop...
