Locația, apartament confortabil și modern
Accesul în clădire pe baza codului transmis nu a fost posibil, dar s-a rezolvat prin furnizarea ulterior a unei cartele magnetice. La fel în apartament, acces dificil, trebuie să introduci un cod numeric într-un anumit mod, cu pauze egale și scurte între cifre, nu este pentru oricine. Lipsa unor prize în bucătărie și în living, deși există aparate electrocasnice (fierbător de apă și prăjitor de pâine) nu le poți folosi, singura priză aflându-se în holul de la intrare, lângă ușă.
