Olivia Home

Excellent location. The property is reasonably well-equipped and fairly clean. There is private on-site parking. A shopping mall and many smaller shops are nearby. If I visit Oradea again in the future, I will definitely try to book a stay with this host.

The property description stated that keys could be collected from a lockbox (self check-in). In reality, the host calls you to provide the details over the phone, rather than sending a standard message with entry instructions. In my case, the mobile signal outside the building was very poor (or perhaps the issue was on the host's end), making a proper conversation impossible. It turned out the host was insisting—somewhat forcefully—on having me drive my car past the security barrier before providing the instructions for entering the building itself. This unnecessarily dragged out the entire process (it took about seven or eight phone calls), and I came very close to cancelling the reservation and looking for alternative accommodation elsewhere. Although the apartment includes two bedrooms, only one bed was prepared, the other one lacked bed linen.

The location is great. Short walk from the center. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Value for money is great

No shower curtain or splash wall at the bath tub. Water gets everywhere when taking a shower. Ventilation could be better. Opening a window is necessary after taking a shower. This is a minor gripe and could be easily improved.

Nicely decorated two bedroom apartment, very clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. Simple check-in and check-out, dedicated parking space, all provided by a friendly host.

Nothing to say here!

Modern, well located close to university and shopping area.
