O facto de haver duas casas de banho e lugar de quarta para todos.

Tinha muitas formiga já desde o começo. A água quente era muito reduzida. Não havia microondas como prometido, a torradeira para além de ter que ser ligada com um adaptador que não tem no apartamento não funcionava. A máquina do café só funciona com adaptador. Para além disso no quarto de cama de casal o colchão estavam meio que partido ao meio e foi impossível dormir duas pessoas no mesmo, tendo que uma delas ter que dormir no sofá. Não havia sacos do lixo para além daquele que estava já no caixote. Foi pago um extra taxa que depois viemos a descobri que não era obrigatória, e não nos foi explicado como pode ser feito uma devolução.

L'unico due punti a sfavore sono il letto matrimoniale nella prima camera che ha la rete piegata al centro per cui quando ti sdrai per andare a letto fa una conca al centro e si alza nei lati il materasso. Infine l'altro piccolo ma minor difetto è il parcheggio auto che non è compreso con la prenotazione della casa per cui si devono utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici che non sempre sono disponibili vicino e occorre un' po' di tempo per trovarli nelle zone limitrofe alla struttura.

The apartment looked like the pictures and was nice and spacious. Overall, our first impression of the apartment was good.

There were a lot of ants in the apartment, to the point where we could feel them crawling on us while we were sleeping. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working, which was particularly uncomfortable in August. Another very frustrating issue was the lack of a suitable plug adapter. We were travelling from another European country and the apartment only had Maltese/UK-style sockets. There was an adapter in the apartment, but it was actually the opposite type and therefore useless for us. What made this even stranger was that several appliances provided by the apartment itself — including the coffee machine, hair dryer and iron — had European plugs and could not be plugged into the sockets either. We contacted the host about this, but the adapter was provided quite late. Luckily, we managed to find a nearby shop and buy one ourselves so we could at least charge our phones. During our seven-night stay, nobody came to clean the apartment even once. The toaster also did not work.
